mAh does not make much sense in battery spec sheets. Capacity of the battery also depends on nominal voltage. LiPO nominal voltage is 3.7V. I had charged the battery 100% and went over to look at the Battery Health just because I was curious. After some online research and the help of coconutBattery, I have found out the Design Capacity for this laptop is 4381mAh.
Some ideas on how to estimate the power bank endurance. Install coconutBattery. Check the power draw at your usual workload. That will give you an idea how fast/if at all your MacBook can be charged (e.g. the newest MBP 16" charger can provide up to 100W and at peak power consumption the MBP can nearly reach that).
